A little about us
ORGANISATION OVERVIEW
The Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ) was established by an Act of parliament; ICTAZ Act no. 7 of 2018 of the laws of Zambia to provide for the registration of Information and Communications Technology professionals and regulate their professional conduct in the interest of the information and communications technology sector. Section 3(1) of the Act renamed the Computer Society of Zambia registered under the Societies Act to the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia.
Our Vision: “A dynamic and relevant Association promoting innovative, responsible and reputable information Communication and Technology Professionals”.
Mission Statement: “To promote and regulate the information Communication and Technology profession, to ensure professionalism as well as safe and productive use of ICT”.
Our Mandate: Our biggest mandate to to ensure professionalism among ICT professionals and also bringing sanity to the profession.
