Today, ICTAZ proudly stands as a fully digitised professional regulator with a self-service automated enterprise platform, where transactions initiated by members seamlessly flow through the required processes, including financial integration, enabling real-time generation of the necessary financial records and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The previous Friday, we took another significant step in our digital transformation journey with the launch of a suite of applications, including Atlas, ICTAZ Connect, and Ask ICTAZ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Atlas<\/strong> represents a new era in how organisations access talent and capabilities. Through artificial intelligence, intelligent discovery, matching, and insights, stakeholders can discover professionals, investors can identify local capabilities, organisations can find specialised technology service providers, professionals can understand their skills gaps, and training institutions can better align programmes with market demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Atlas is about making Zambia\u2019s technology capabilities visible, accessible, and discoverable. For years, questions have been raised about whether Zambia has sufficient technology skills and capabilities. Going forward, these conversations will increasingly be informed by data, intelligence, and evidence rather than assumptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ICTAZ Connect<\/strong> brings ICTAZ services closer to our members by placing them within a platform they already use and trust\u2014WhatsApp. Members can now register, access certificates, manage CPD records, make payments, view statements, and interact with ICTAZ services more conveniently. Equally importantly, our AI powered bot would be ready to respond to any question asked using natural language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The principle is simple, ICTAZ services should simply be within reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ask ICTAZ<\/strong> revolutionizes how queries and complaints would be submitted, tracked, managed, and resolved. It transforms service delivery by ensuring that member concerns do not disappear into thin air, telephone calls, or informal conversations. Every query will now be captured, assigned, monitored, and followed through to resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is more than digitization. It is about creating a culture of accessibility, accountability, and responsiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Simply digitized. Simply Ask ICTAZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A testament to this journey, yesterday, at our first participation in the history of the Association, we achieved a podium finish at the 98th Agricultural and Commercial Show Zambia in the Best ICT Exhibit<\/strong> category. This is a recognition is which is a reflection of what we have achieved, the transformation we have delivered, and the commitment we have made to building a modern, digital professional regulator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But we recognise that the journey is far from complete. We have not arrived. We are not stopping here. Our transformation shall ever be a continuous journey of improvement, innovation, and creating greater value for our members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I would like to sincerely thank the Executive Council led by the president Dr. Clement Sinyangwe for the strategic direction, confidence, and trust they placed in this vision from the very beginning. To the Secretariat team, thank you for the dedication, commitment, and hard work in turning this vision into reality.
